Attention, Gamefly: You suck at shipping/receiving

I recently started up my Gamefly subscription again, which I originally started back in 2006. I had been off the service for about a year, when I decided to get back into it last month. There were some games that had already released that I wanted to try (Quantum of Solace, for example), but didn't feel like actually buying, so I figured I'd give them a go again. Now I remember why I quit in the first place.

I live in York, PA (please don't find me and kill me) and the shipping center closest to me is in Pittsburgh. Here's a map showing you the distance. As you can see, it only takes a few hours to drive that. But, how long have I been waiting for my next game? Over a week, and Gamefly hasn't even reported my returned title received yet. What's the deal?

This ticks me off to no end. I sent in my finished game early last week (I'm thinking Monday, but it might have been Tuesday) and no email or anything? C'mon, Gamefly! I even sent an email to their customer support. Today. At 12:30PM ET. No response as of writing this.
