Belated thoughts on the It’s Always Sunny premiere

So It's Always Sunny in Philadelphia premiered last Thursday and I failed to jot my thoughts down somewhere. For one, FX is doing the double episodes in the beginning again, which rocks because an hour of new Sunny is just without equal. So, the episodes!

Cannibalism episode

This episode was pretty damn funny. Dee and Charlie think they have "the hunger" because Frank tells them they ate human meat. But, the episode really shines with Dennis and Mac, who become Man Hunters. The scene with them on the street, in a cardboard box, dressed in camo and pounding beers is some of the funniest I've seen from that show. Kudos on a great ep.

The gang goes Ghostbusters

They try to classify their abilities within the group. Mac is the brains, Dennis is the looks, Charlie is the wildcard. Later on, it becomes Dennis as the looks, Mac as the brains, Frank as the muscle, Charlie as the wildcard and Dee as the useless girl. This episode easily topped the first one, and some highlights include Frank waterboarding Dee and Mac running around the entire episode with a towel duct-taped to his head. God bless Charlie as that wildcard.
